OUR COVID-19 PREVENTION POLICY

Due to global widespread of Covid 19, Mercy Abounding has ensured each order is well sanitised before packaging to customers. This is one of the ways to ensure our orders are safe and free from corona-virus.

Mercy Abounding also made sure the staff wears face-mask and gloves at all times.  Staff ensure effective personal hygiene is maintained daily.

We try our best to ensure buyers find it easy and enjoyable to place their order as it is very challenging and time-consuming to queue outside in a physical store before they could get the product they need.
For this reason, we at Mercy Abounding ensure orders are processed within 2 days. If there are any logistic challenges we ensure buyers get an update to reassure them that we got them covered and try our best to ease their stress during this pandemic.

We encourage our buyer to keep safe, return items to us in clean sanitised well package condition as stated in our return policy before a refund can be facilitated.
