• Eligibility for Returns:
• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
• Personalized or clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Exchanges:

• If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange.

Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
